THE LIVE WEBCAST FROM DFS CRUFTS:

How can I watch the live webcast of DFS Crufts?
You can watch the live webcast here at dfsCrufts.tv by going to the Home Page of the site and pressing the big PLAY arrow on the video player screen. At first you will see a short advert from our sponsor and then the live webcast will start automatically.

Why can’t I see the live webcast?
You may not have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. To download and install Adobe Flash player for free, click on the “Get ADOBE Flash Player” icon which should have appeared on the page. Alternatively you can follow this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I can’t watch the webcast or any of the video because it has interruptions or keeps stopping and buffering.
You are watching these videos over the internet. Because the video is being streamed over the internet, the speed of your internet connection is very important. It is advisable that you have a 1MB broadband connection as a minimum to get best performance out of the videos.
We have no control over local connection speeds and therefore cannot be held responsible for this sort of service failure.

When is the live webcast available?
The live webcast from DFS Crufts is available on all 4 days of the 2010 Show - Thursday 11th March through to Sunday 14th March. Each day the live coverage will start from 8.30am and continue uninterrupted until the Arena programme finishes at approximately 8.00 pm. On Sunday 14th March the live webcast will finish at the end of Best In Show at approximately 9.00 pm.

What can I watch on the live webcast?
You will be able to watch everything that happens in the Main Arena at DFS Crufts 2010. For more details go to the DFS Crufts ‘What’s On’ page.

THE CATCH-UP VIDEO SERVICE
How can I watch DFS Crufts 2010 Catch-Up Video?
You need to buy a Catch-Up Video Ticket to watch the highlights & replays from DFS Crufts 2010. First sign up to our free membership and then you will be able to buy a Catch-Up Video ticket.

When is the Catch-Up Video service available?
The Catch-Up Video Service will contain highlights & replays from DFS Crufts 2010 plus exclusive videos from other parts of the 2010 Show. Therefore there will be no Catch-Up video available until 9am on Friday 12th March.

The Catch-Up Video Service will stay available until midnight on Friday 30th April 2010.

I have bought a ticket to watch the Catch-Up Video, but I can’t find the videos.
Please remember that the Catch-Up Video will not be available until 9am on Friday 12th March.

To access the Catch-Up Video, go to the Videos section of dfsCrufts.tv and select the 2010 tab. This is where all the Catch-Up Video from DFS Crufts 2010 can be found.
If you bought your ticket through Ticket Factory … log in to dfsCrufts.tv and go to the Tickets page where you can enter your unique 11 digit number. You will then be able to watch the Catch-Up Videos.

I don’t have a Ticket Number. How do I watch the Catch-Up Videos?
If you bought your ticket here at dfsCrufts.tv, all you have to do is log in with the same username & password that you used when you bought your ticket. The system will recognise the fact that you have bought your ticket when you log in, so all you need to do is log in to watch the video.

If you cannot watch any of the videos, this means you have not logged in.

I have bought a ticket to watch the Catch-Up Video, but the system will not let me watch the videos.
1.  Please check that you have logged in with the same username and password that you used when you bought your ticket. 2.  Please check that you have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. MEMBERSHIP / LOG-IN PROBLEMS
I have registered with the Kennel Club but my Kennel Club Website Profile is not recognised by dfsCrufts.tv.
Please check that you are using the correct Website Profile username and password.

I have registered with the Crufts website(www.crufts.org.uk). Can I use my Crufts website username and password to access the members section here at dfsCrufts.tv?
Unfortunately this is not possible at this time. If you have a Kennel Club Website Profile then you can use this to log in to the members section. If you do not have a Kennel Club Website Profile, then it only takes a few seconds to register for free membership here.

OTHER QUESTIONS
Will there be live coverage or Catch-Up Video Replays from the Breed Judging rings?
Unfortunately not, the events only events we will be covering ‘as live’ will be those in the Main Arena … but this will, of course, include all the Best In Group judging. Do check the Video Section of dfsCrufts.tv and our YouTube channel as there will be occasional reports from some of the Breed Rings from time to time during the show.

Will I be able to buy a DVD of DFS Crufts 2010?
Unfortunately this is unlikely to be possible this year. Please remember that all the Catch-Up Video will remain available to view here at www.dfsCrufts.tv right up until 30th April 2010.

What is your refund policy?
www.dfsCrufts.tv does not offer a blanket refund policy. If you aren’t happy with what you have subscribed to or your Internet speed is not fast enough to view the content of the site effectively, you are not entitled to a refund.
However, all requests for refunds will be dealt with by www.dfsCrufts.tv on a case by case basis as there may be some limited circumstances in which a refund may be appropriate. All requests will be dealt with once DFS Crufts 2010 has finished.
